The ruling sent stock prices of many prominent online sellers lower. The Dow Jones industrials were down 0.8 percent, the S&P retreated 0.6 percent and the Nasdaq was 0.9 percent lower. Online retailers declined while industrials continued to weaken on trade war concerns. Investors were waiting for the first set of results from the Fed’s annual “stress test” which were published after markets closed. Briefly, all big banks passed.
